Nidhi’s father used to work as an assistant director for Balaji Films. He started his career as an assistant director with the TV show “Kkusum” (2001).
Initially, Nidhi wanted to become a doctor; as all of her family members were doctors.
Once, Nidhi’s father took her to the shooting of one of his shows, where a director spotted her and offered her to act in a hair oil advertisement. After working in the advertisement, Nidhi decided to become an actor.
